Regulations

  • SMOKING STRICTLY FORBIDDEN ON THE WHOLE HOTEL AREA!
  • A guest is obliged to show his ID or passport and pay for his stay at the checking-in.
  • Check-in time starts at 2:00 p.m., while check-out time is 12:00 a.m. the following day.
  • Breakfast is served from 7:00 till 10:30 a.m. (Monday - Saturday) and 7:00 - 11:00 (Sunday).
  • In order to make a reservation through www.hotelakira.pl a guest has to pay the whole cost of his stay. The payment for the transaction is a at the same time a confirmation of the reservation.
  • In case of the cancellation of reservation, no fee will be charged on condition that the reception receives a cancellation through an email (to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) at least 48 hours before arrival (i.e. before 2 p.m.two days before arrival). The money will be paid into the guest's bank account.
  • In case of the cancellation of a group reservation (i.e. 4 or more rooms), no fee will be charged on condition that the reception receives a cancellation through an email (to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) at least 7 days before arrival (i.e. before 2 p.m. seven days before arrival). The money will be paid into the guest's bank account.
  • If cancelled later than 48 hours before the reservation starts, all the money paid will not be refunded.
  • People who make reservations by mail or phone may be asked to pay a deposit. The money should be paid into one of the accounts:

  • Akira Bed & Breakfast is not responsible for loss or damage of money, documents, mobiles, computer equipment and other valuables, if they had not been deposited at the recepetion. Akira Bed & Breakfast is also not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the visitor.
  • Guests are not allowed to rent their rooms to third parties. People not registered at the reception may stay at guests' rooms only until 10 p.m.
  • Bookings made by the citizens of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) are treated as non-refundable. Free cancellation of such bookings is thus not possible.
